My name is Adam Manternach and this is my fitness blog. On here I will be talking about fitness, fitness products, workout programs and all things related to fitness. A little about me.....I have been into fitness since I was 13 years old. Back when I was a skinny little Jr. High kid people would bully me all the time and try to pick a fight with me because I was the small guy. I was an easy target for people. That summer I was tired of getting pushed around and decided to hit the weights. I had no idea what I was doing outside of watching the older guy do bench, military press, squats and arms....lots of arms. I started to do the same routine everyday(totally bad, I know) and started to see results. At the end of that summer I had added about 15 lbs of muscle. Suddenly, the bullying stopped. Magic! I still got into a few dust ups, but I found that if there was a fight, most people wanted me on there side...just to intimidate.
So that is really what got me started on my life long journey into fitness. I want to say that I am not certified in anyway shape or form, so the things that I will be talking about, are from my own experience, so if you are looking for someone to write you a program to help you get jacked or get ripped...the only thing I can do is offer guidance since I am not certified.
I am also a distributor of Advocare. I came across these products from a few people at work and I have really enjoyed what they have done for me. I have tried pretty much everything out on the market today from every pre-workout, protein (whey, casein, blends) post-workout, pills, drinks, bars and on and on.
